We always try to make it to the post office with your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment when you order in-stock items. Things may take a little longer with special-order items that we have to backorder and wait until they arrive from the distributor / label. This wait is usually no longer than one week. If an item is listed in our catalog you may assume that we can get it through backorder. If an item is unavailable it shouldn't be listed at all. However, due to limited supply sometimes we find out that the item is no longer available only when it's been ordered and the distributor / label failed to ship it. This does happen with only one percent of all orders we process, and we always try hard to remove dead selections from our online catalog. So please be patient when you order a special-order item, but rest assured there are people out there working day and night to get you the desired CD or music DVD.
MY ORDER HASN'T SHOWN UP. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
This happens so rare that you don't need to worry much in advance. Please email us only after a reasonable period of time has passed, after you've checked with your local post office, and you think your order may have gone missing. If your order has gone lost, don't worry. Our policy is to replace any lost or damaged order. And while we have experienced only a few permanently lost pieces of mail in the last few years, our full guarantee that comes with each order might provide some additional peace of mind in this. We stand behind each item we sell and every transaction we handle, and your satisfaction is our ultimate concern.
REGISTERED AIRMAIL TO ANY DESTINATION AROUND THE GLOBE:
takes anywhere between 9-21 days. Usual delivery time for N. America and Europe is 9-16 days. Japan, Australia, S.America or S. Africa can take a few days longer. All items are sent from Russia via the Russian postal service's registered mail which is surprisingly safe, secure and fast.
